A walk-off left The Kids on the wrong end of a 9-8 defeat to Missouri Gators Navy 15u 15U on Thursday at Indian Hill High School. The game was tied at eight in the bottom of the sixth when Braylen Baker was struck by a pitch, driving in a run.
The Kids fell despite leading 8-0 in the third.
The Kids got on the board in the top of the first inning after Gaige Howard was struck by a pitch, and Jack Rector walked, each scoring one run.
The Kids added one run in the second. Graham Vinson singled down the left field line, making the score 3-0.
The Kids scored five runs on three hits in the top of the third inning. Jaxon Hale doubled, scoring three runs, and Kaden Hall singled, scoring two runs.
Missouri Gators Navy 15u 15U jumped back into the lead in the bottom of the sixth inning after Maxton Brewer walked, Richardson singled down the right field line, and Baker was struck by a pitch, each scoring one run.
Fletcher Callahan started the game for The Kids. The right-handed pitcher allowed nine hits and six runs over three and one-third innings, striking out one and walking four. KJ Payne started on the hill for Missouri Gators Navy 15u 15U. The lefty gave up one hit and four runs over two and one-third innings, striking out four and walking six.

Cincinnati Riverbats 2028 15U scored eight runs in the fourth inning, which helped them defeat The Kids 15-2 on Friday at Mason High School.
Cincinnati Riverbats 2028 15U got on the board in the top of the first inning after Jonathan Sommers tripled to center field, and Jay Lackmeyer doubled down the left field line, each scoring one run.
Ty Lieberman singled down the right field line, which helped The Kids tie the game at two in the bottom of the second.
Cincinnati Riverbats 2028 15U flipped the game on its head in the top of the third, scoring five runs on two hits to take the lead, 7-2. The biggest blow in the inning was a single by Colson Wolf that drove in one.

The Kids could not keep pace with Supreme Baseball Club 15U 5-3 on Saturday at Mason High School.
An error put The Kids on the board in the top of the second.
In the bottom of the fourth inning, Supreme Baseball Club 15U went back into the lead after BJ Napier singled to center field, Gavin Honican walked, and Grayson Fugate walked, each scoring one run.
Kaden Hall homered to left field, scoring two runs in the top of the sixth for the The Kids.
Hall stepped on the bump first for The Kids. The right-handed pitcher gave up three hits and three runs (zero earned) over four innings, striking out five and walking five. Fugate stepped on the hill first for Supreme Baseball Club 15U. The starter surrendered four hits and two runs (one earned) over five and two-thirds innings, striking out three and walking two.
Hall provided pop in the middle of the lineup, and led The Kids with two runs batted in. The right-handed hitter went 1-for-3 on the day. Number seven hitter, Jack Rector, showed the depth of The Kids's lineup, by leading them with two hits in three at bats. Jaxon Hale stole three bases. The Kids turned two double plays in the game.
